What are your shipping rates?
We ship via Standard Mail to the United States and Canada:
- To the US: Standard Mail, at $11 USD per item with 3-6 week delivery.
- To Canada: Standard Mail, at $13 USD per item with 3-6 week delivery.
Note: Buyers will be responsible for paying any applicable duty or customs fees. Maska Lucha is not responsible for any lost items when shipped via Standard Mail.
What is your delivery time?
Please allow 3-6 weeks. This is excluding any applicable time in customs. All of our masks are hand-made and must first be sourced and received direct from the Luchado and shipped from Mexico City.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We plan to expand our services soon, so if you are located outside of the US and Canada, please sign up for our newsletter to keep informed of when we will be able to ship to your country.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Delivery estimates are 3-5 days after shipment.
What is your return policy?
Maska Lucha works very hard to get you access to authentic masks. Since our products come directly from the luchadors themselves, there is no more authentic product available anywhere, and considering that many of the masks are made after the order is placed and paid for by us, we are unable to offer returns other than for defective producst at this time. Who makes your masks?
All masks for sale by Maska Lucha are made by professional lucha libre mask makers, or mascareros, in Mexico. Unless otherwise noted, all styles and designs are property of the mascarero and their agreements with any applicable license-holder.
Can I order a custom mask?
Maska Lucha will soon be offering custom mask designs, using authentic material and workmanship. Sign up for our email newsletter to get the latest information on availability.
What sizes do your masks come in?
All masks sold by Maska Lucha are made to the exact specifications of the luchador, including size and eye, ear and nose-hole locations. As these masks are collectors items, they are not generally worn, but most adult head sizes will fit in the mask, with body weight between 150 and 200 pounds.
